1:1 Coaching - Complementary First Session

I'm not the type of person that can easily open up about things I am struggling with. Carolina has such a presence that made me feel at ease from the start. She quickly made me feel comfortable, and helped settle my nerves. This allowed me to open up truthfully about the areas I was looking to improve in my life. I highly recommend Carolina as a life coach, not only for her genuine caring energy to help uplift you, but also for the experience she has under her belt. She is a great guide to have with you on your journey of growth. :)

I love how Carolina started our session. She told me how it would run and made me feel very comfortable. I could immediately tell that I would be heard and supported. She asked great questions to help me get to the feeling under my intentions. Carolina is great at holding space and asking questions to help me overcome the thoughts that sometimes hold me back. It was really impactful when she reminded me that I didn't have to get stuck on trying to implement everything I've learned, she reminded me it's okay to just focus on one or two action steps and that small incremental change is the key to success. My conversation with Carolina was a gift, I'd be delighted to have her coach me again.
